The Decline Of Western Civilization Series A Real History Of Modern Rock

Alamo Drafthouse has scheduled screenings of the Decline Of Western Civilization films and they are all must see movies. The first deals with punk rock, the second with the heavy metal years and the third with the gutter punk scene.

These films are truly the history of rock from 1980 to 1998. You can watch the insane years of the original punk rock movement, the excess of the heavy metal years and the crash of the gutter punks in L.A.  The films will play on consecutive Mondays beginning on the 7th (Labor Day) at The Alamo Drafthouse.
