Today Is Lemonade Day In Lubbock

As parents, we are always looking for ways to spend time with our kids and teach them about life... at least until they hit about 11 and then they seem to know everything about life and are embarrassed as hell too be seen with us in public unless they need something.

Today, the city of Lubbock will be hosting Lemonade Day. Basically this day is geared at teaching kids what it means to own and operate their own small business.

So, here is my challenge to you guys, when you pass a kid operating a stand this weekend, stop, buy a cup of lemonade and make a kid smile... who knows maybe they will use some of the money they make to buy their mom's an awesome mother's day gift.
