Alex Ansel Stand Up Show This Friday At Jakes

It is a good time for comedy and the more the merrier!

Alex "Kool Aid" Ansel will appear this Friday at Jakes Backroom. Ansel is a former Texas turned Vegas transplant that tours all over the country. In addition to his standup, he's also a founder of Nerdcore Comedy and opened an extensive tour for Jake "The Snake" Roberts.

It's great to see pro comedians testing the waters in Lubbock; it can only mean great things in the future for our local stars and for comedy fans in West Texas.
