Celebrate Spaghetti Day With The Foul-Mouthed Chef

Today is National Spaghetti Day! Yippee!

So let's start here. Many years ago I thought it was funny to curse on the internet. In fact, I thought it was absolutely hilarious. It was a side of me that most people had never seen so I went with it. I filmed this video seven years ago and it was pretty much the turning point in me deciding I didn't want to cuss on the internet just as a gag.

Another reason that this was not published is the fact that I did not clothes the cabinets (the wife HATED that) and that I didn't even really straighten up the background before we started filming.

This video has never been seen by the public until this morning when I played it for Chrissy. She assured me that it's funny and it's not just an exercise in lobbying "F-Bombs".

Hidden in here is a pretty good lesson on taking your C- spaghetti and turning it into some A+ food. This is, in fact how to "pimp" your spaghetti so it's easy for anyone to do.

If you're truly interested, pick up some Italian sausage, Rotel, mushrooms, and lemon juice to help make a classic plate of "Wes-sketti". Now, this may not seem like that big of a deal but one of my proudest moments was offering to cook a friend a lobster for her birthday and she said, "I'd rather have some of your spaghetti".
