Gathering Of Nations Set For April In Albuquerque

The Gathering Of Nations Powwow is set for April 26th through 28th in Albuquerque.

The Gathering Of Nations is a really, really big event with traditional dance, hand drum, and singing competitions, a horse regalia parade, and competition, food, drink and over 800 artists and craftsmen from around the world.  You can check out the Facebook event here.  Tickets can be purchased in advance on their website.

Lubbock to Albuquerque is about a five hour drive time and this event looks to be a great way to honor your Native-American heritage or celebrate someone else's.
