I'm not a big fan of coordinated celebration in sports, but that's a preference, and I don't see how they really hurt the game.

I guess folks are trying to show athletes as "good sports" and thus a lot of celebrations are penalized.

Evidently, Lance Stephenson of the Lakers is known for his little air guitar strum when he's rockin'. This time, he looked at a guy, who apparently he knows and practices within the offseason and that got him hit with a technical.

Surely there's a middle ground between good sportsmanship and keeping sports entertaining. Although this technical did not change the course of a blowout Lakers win over the Hornets, somebody has to talk to this ref and unwedge the stick out of his rear.
