Shady Politicians Sneak Into And Out Of Lubbock

Two very prominent West Texas politicians came into town Sunday, with little notice to the public at large and held a meeting with "constituents" (but really supporters).  They also didn't allow the media to attend. Does this not sound shady as hell to you?

What kind of nonsense is this when your elected representatives no longer hold truly open meetings? How can this make you happy even if you are a supporter?  This is pure scumbaggery and it's indefensible.

We all now why they did it. They were afraid of confrontation or of having to hear opposing views. It just proves to me that neither of these men has a backbone. For more, check out the video (and sorry in advance that the clouds keep making the picture dark every now and then).
