St. Joseph’s Oktoberfest and Sausage Sale Is This Weekend

Let's get to the meat of the matter: the sausage!

St. Joseph's sausage is legendary. You can buy it in bulk and stash it away. They make three varieties, regular, jalapeno and habanero (just in case you're wondering, I've always found the habanero to be spicy and not too hot). You can even pre-order sausage for pick up just to make sure you get what you need.

The annual sausagefest has grown to a full-on Oktoberfest that will take place this Saturday and Sunday (Oct. 19th and 20th, 2019) in Slaton. This is the 50th annual event. Just head to Slaton and follow the cars. For more info, visit their Facebook event page.
