The Fair Rides Have Started Loading In

I happened to catch one of the ride trucks coming to town. It's a great reminder that the South Plains Fair is almost here!

Just looking at those rides against the beautiful West Texas sky is almost too much for me. I love all things fall, and the fair is certainly a harbinger of my favorite season. My guess is that this is some kind of kids ride due to the smallish nature of things, but it's still a great sign that corndogs and cotton candy and thrills are coming up.

The South Plains Fair this year runs September 21st through 29th, that's THIS Friday through next Saturday. Don't forget we have all the tickets to all of the fair concerts, just show your station app and we'll fix you right up with a four pack.  Our offices are at 82nd & Quaker on the third floor. We're open 9-5.
