United Supermarkets Celebrates Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday has to be one of the best parts of the holidays.

Giving Tuesday is the first Tuesday of every December. It came into being in 2012 as a "Global Generosity Movement".  The goal of "Giving Tuesday" isn't just to give funds, but to give whatever you can to your community be it time, resources or funds.

As for the latter, you can make a donation to the Giving Tuesday at the register this Tuesday at United, United Market Street or Amigos. Donations benefit over 60 nonprofit groups in the Hub City.  It's a great way to get involved in this global movement, that benefits us locally.

Kick-off the holiday season the right way and make a donation this Tuesday at your favorite United Supermarkets store.
