Texas Tech football is off to a rough start, and The Pirate has continued his descent into madness.

I'm not sure where people thought Texas Tech football should be at this point. A new coach always takes a little time to get some traction. The problem is, there seems to be very little traction there.

Now, if you're one of those pull-the-trigger boobirds, you may be interested to know that former coach Mike Leach is back making an ass of himself in that special way only he has mastered.

After his team got shellacked this weekend, he said his players were "fat, dumb, happy, and entitled." Now, I am certainly not the builder of young men that many football coaches are, but sooner or later, someone is going to say, 'that's about enough of this s--t!'

So, how about it? Are we going to stick with the horse we rode in on, or reach out to the Joker of Pullman and erase the curse of the pirate? I can roll up my thoughts into one singular statement: Texas Tech needs to inspire the team to play a little above their heads, but not the way Leach is trying to do.
