Just what in the flibberty-gibbets is going on here?

Saturday mornings from 6 to 10 a.m. will now be "The Goodest of The RockShow." Huzzah! Celebrations! Finally, a reason to get out of bed on a day when getting out of bed seems to be such a wild and dangerous endeavor.

Music fans, have no fear. The very reason The RockShow exists is because Heathen and I thought we could boil all the silliness in the world down to baby food-size chunks and serve it up with all the music you know and love. Music is, quite simply, in the show's DNA. The Saturday edition will also feature fewer segments per hour than a normal show. So, how about that? Just a taste of what we do weekdays 5 - 9 a.m. on Saturdays from 6 to 10 a.m.

This leaves the House of Hair without a home, but have no fear, Dee Snider is just about my favorite thing on the radio. We're now going to let him wrap up your weekends Sunday nights from 7 to 10 p.m. That's just about the perfect chill-out time to check out some old-school metal. By the way, if you haven't checked out the House of Hair recently, you really need to. The show has been featuring its 80s big hair jams, but it also dips into the harder stuff, and even gets into the hardest stuff that was forged by the metal gods.

We would like to thank everyone for their love and support of The RockShow. We do what we can to entertain and inform every day. This new show will give us a chance to highlight some of the fun stuff we did during the week for those who can't listen for one reason or another and for those who want to hear the stuff again.
